If you need help copying the notes text into the form, follow these steps:

Open the document on your computer.
Select all the text you'd like to submit.
Copy the text by (1) pressing Ctrl+C on your keyboard, or (2) right-clicking and selecting "Copy".
Return to this form and click in the "Research notes text" field.
Paste the text by (1) pressing Ctrl+V on your keyboard, or (2) right-clicking and selecting "Paste".
