I hereby certify that, on the 14 day of Feb. 1856, Egbert Q. Arnold of Franklin County, 25 years old, born in Franklin Cty., was married to Frances Green, of Franklin County, aged 22 years, born in Union Cty. Kentucky, and then single, by F. H. Hodges, Minister of the Baptist Church.
